Toronto Distillery Company

This unique distillery operated in the Junction in Toronto, and was owned and operated by Charles Benoit and Jesse Razaqpur.  They created the first distillery in Toronto since 1933, and I was lucky to shoot some promotional bottle shots for their web and media use.  Unfortunately, the business closed in 2017 citing pricing challenges caused by the LCBO's pricing policies.  Read more about their challenge to the LCBO here.  Jesse's gin was one of the best I have ever tasted, so it's a real shame they are no longer producing !
